DORO To Perform WARLOCK Classic With DESTRUCTION, AFTER FOREVER Members

Doro Pesch will perform the classic song "All We Are" from her former band WARLOCK live at a boxing match on March 30 between German female boxing champion (and Doro's close friend) Regina Halmich and German TV personality/comedian Stefan Raab. Doro will perform the track as Halmich's intro theme with DESTRUCTION frontman Marcel "Schmier" Schirmer and AFTER FOREVER guitarist Bas Maas backing her up.

The fight will be broadcast live via German TV station Pro Sieben at 8:15 p.m. CET.

This will be the second match between Halmich and Raab. The comedian originally challenged Halmich to a fight seven years ago, but ended up losing.

Doro originally wrote and recorded the track "She's like Thunder" as a theme song for Halmich's fights. A new version of the song, re-titled "We're like Thunder", featuring Halmich, was released in September 2005 via AFM Records.

Doro has been selected to serve as a jury member for the 16th annual Echo 2007 awards, Germany's version of the Grammy Awards. The awards show will take place on March 25 in Berlin and will be broadcast on German TV via RTL.

Doro released a new double DVD on November 17 as part of the "20 Years a Warrior Soul" version of her new career overview set, "Warrior Soul Winter Edition (20 Years a Warrior Soul)".
